We reserve the right to at any time require not less than 7 days notice in writing before any withdrawal from an interest bearing account.

Variable Rate

The interest rate and annual percentage yield for your account depend upon the applicable rate tier. The interest rate and annual percentage yield for these tiers may change.

Determination of Rate

At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.

Minimum Balance Requirements

To open the account. You must deposit at least $2500.00 to open this account.

To obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed. You must maintain a minimum balance of $2500.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

Compounding and Crediting

Frequency - Interest will be compounded daily. Interest will be credited to your account monthly.

Effect of closing an account - If you close your account before interest is credited, you will receive the accrued interest.

Balance Computation Method

Daily Balance Method. We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of Interest on Noncash Deposits

Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit noncash items (for example, checks).

Transaction Limitations

You may only make 3 transfers from your account each month by checks to third parties.

You may only make 6 preauthorized transfers from your account each statement cycle.

The interest rate on your account at a minimum is based on the previous months average of the 13 week US Treasury Bill Auction minus a margin of .00% Points.
